The Contract for the Delivery of Idle State Lands in Usufruct and its Impact on Cuban Society
Abstract
This paper analyzes the Contract for the Delivery of Idle State Lands in Usufruct, as part of the implementation of the guidelines of the Country's Economic and Social Policy, approved at the VII Party Congress, referring to the need to raise the quality of contracting and ensuring that the delivery of land in usufruct encourages the productive results to increase gradually, for which Decree-Law No. 358/2018 “On the Delivery of Idle State Lands in Usufruct" and Decree No. 350/ 2018 (Regulation) were issued.
