Occupational Diseases as a Risk of the Security and Health at Work

Authors

Abstract

The security and health at work comprises different fields, the most transcendental of them are those related to: exposure to occupational hazards, the study of the accidents at work, the working environment, and the temporary labor morbidity, with the presence of the duties and rights of the workers regarding this thematic. The workers' health picture in the world increasingly requires a gender and rights social approach, as regulatory principles for the duty of the States. In the modern world, the temporary and/or permanent incapacity of workers due to health deviations, continues to be a problem; as well as the working and environmental conditions, which generate damage and discomfort to workers, groups, and population.
