Abstract

The Amparo Trial has attracted attention in the training of the Mexican jurist because, in the normative framework, it has been mythologized by idealizing its transcendence, so its study occupies a place of relevance in the educational program of the discipline.It is presented as if that institution were the exclusive creation of a Mexican national in a unique way. This is due to the mythical function attributed to it as a legal mechanism aimed at limiting or preventing the abusive exercise of power by the authorities and with its latest reforms, including other citizens, the possibility of preventing it in a similar way; defending the citizen from the arbitrary or abusive exercise of the same. On the factual level, it leads the scholar to idealize the prospect of handling it with neatness and unique ability; hoping to solve his affairs resting in the full domain of the amparo trial, in order to chisel the "just" political system in which he aspires to develop.
