Abstract

During the last decades the Cuban economic model has changed, which has brought with it the creation of new actors in the economy, among which are Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, known as MSMEs. In this context, it is necessary that at the same time that our economy is perfected, all the legislation that regulates what is related to them must do so, and actions that contribute to attracting foreign investment to Cuba and the participation of Cuban companies in businesses in the outside.
