Abstract

Traditionally, the law has been considering contracts as law between the parties, as reciprocally imposed norms to govern the legal relationship that is being formed. It is precisely the contract, as the core point of any agreement of wills, that the parties celebrate to establish rights and obligations, its importance is such that if it is not well written and specifically indicating all the claims of the parties, in addition to violating their legal certainty, can leave one of them unprotected. Our country, in the process of highlighting such importance, stated in the guidelines of the economic and social policy approved in the VI, VII and VIII Congress of the Communist Party that the economic relations that arise between all the economic actors of the country must be endorsed through economic contracts.
